Caring for your ratzerfratzer products
All ratzerfratzer bibs, burp cloths, and blankets are fully machine washable. For best results, we recommend you treat
stains with Spray & Wash stain stick, then machine wash warm. Tumble dry low or line dry. Use only non-chlorine bleach.
We recommend you avoid ironing any products that are not 100% cotton, such as the 100% polyester satin brocade and
ultrasuede products.

Shipping & handling
We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS for all shipping. All orders are shipped within 5 days. In the event of a backorder, we
will contact the customer to determine if the order should be filled with specified time period, cancelled, or substituted.

At this time, ratzerfratzer is a FREE SHIPPING company in the domestic USA.

Payment options
ratzerfratzer accepts payments through a secure Paypal server.

Returns
Refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Store credits are accepted withing 15-30 days. All items must be
returned in brand new condition. If your item was sent with free shipping, your refund and/or credit will be given minus
shipping fees.

Prior authorization is required on all returns as the number must be included on your return package. Please contact us
to receive a return authorization number. Please note that ratzerfratzer cannot be responsible for items lost in transit;
please consider insuring your return product.
